We are excited to be recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a truly independent practice in Norfolk, who are looking for an experienced ECC (Emergency and Critical Care) Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive team.

🩺 The Role
- 7 nights on, 21 nights off – offering an unbeatable amount of downtime
- Hours: 6:30pm – 8:30am
- Sleeping shift: 2–3 hours included
- Accommodation provided for the 7 nights on if required
- Independent practice – no corporate protocols, just great clinical care
You’ll be handling a varied and interesting caseload, working alongside a dedicated night support team to deliver gold-standard care to patients needing overnight and emergency attention.
👤 About You
- Strong ECC experience preferred
- Confident working sole-charge on night shifts
- Calm under pressure with excellent decision-making skills
- Committed to providing compassionate care to both patients and clients
