Busy 24 hour Small Animal Hospital in North West London have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
Your role will include taking cases in the hospital, consultations and surgery rotation, developing client relationships, increasing revenue and ensuring quality care is provided to all patients.
The practice prides itself on working to a very high standard of care and supports RCVS Practice Standards Scheme in which they hold Hospital accreditation. They strive for exceptional levels of client service and satisfaction which involves responding in a timely manner to consult related complaints.
You will be able to work well within your team and the wider hospital teams, to contribute your skills, efforts and personal strengths, and you will be fully supported and developed by the management team to allow you to grow and achieve your full potential.
As a 24-hour hospital they provide quality care for their own patients as well as providing out of hours and emergency cover to over 30 other practices in the North London area. Therefore providing an amazing work place to see a unique caseload surrounded by like-minded staff.
There are teams of dedicated vets (+18) and nurses (+16 RVNs), Students, PCAs, Receptionists, support staff and allied support from nearby Referral practice. The dynamic team includes Vets of varying degrees of experience from certificate holders to junior doctors.
This role is full time, working 32 hours per week with 1;2 weekends as part of the rota, although weekday hours can be flexible and discussed at interview.
