Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Clinical Lead role at their practice in North Yorkshire, with the backing of a motivated, supportive and friendly team you will have the chance to shape the practice and lead a clinical team alongside a supportive Head Nurse and Practice Manager.
The practice is located in a charming seaside town with a mix of coastal and countryside beauty and within easy access to the vibrant city of York for cultural experiences, making this role a great opportunity for a great work-life balance.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide the team as well as confidence in routine surgeries and comfort with occasional sole-charge responsibilities and a passion for providing high-quality clinical care and community-focused veterinary services.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week and every other Saturday morning. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
