JR Veterinary is seeking an experienced veterinarian looking for a fantastic leadership opportunity to join our client’s supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping the clinical team alongside a supportive Head Nurse/Practice Manager. You will be joining during an exciting rebranding phase, allowing you to have complete clinical freedom in decision-making and direction for the practice.
You will be working alongside an inclusive, supportive and focused team all of whom foster a non-judgmental atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as confidence in routine surgeries and occasional sole charge. You will preferably be a proactive individual with ideas and ambition to help the practice grow, with leadership experience or an eagerness to step into a leadership role.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week, including every other Saturday morning. However, our client is also happy to consider a part-time role for the right candidate, so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £80,000 FTE DOE with a range of benefits including
