Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning, but no Sundays or OOH (out of hours) shifts
Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE, FTE) with a welcome bonus up to £5000

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of veterinary professionals, ensuring high standards of care and service.
- Overseeing clinical protocols and ensuring they are consistently met.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior vets and nursing staff.
- Building strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service.
- Driving continuous improvements and clinical development within the practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive, supportive working environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- RCVS registered with substantial clinical experience, ideally with some leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
