A rare opportunity to join a progressive five vet team in a thriving practice in Yorkshire on a part time basis This is a rare opportunity to join an experienced five vet team on a part time basis in the stunning city of York.This is a truly collaborative team. With vets from five years to twenty graduated there is a lot of case discussion and support on offer in this role. The role is fully supportive by a team of six RVN’s and an SVN.
At the heart of this practice is a genuine emphasis on team well-being. The diary is organised so that vets can take time to think about and thoroughly work-up cases as well as breaks scheduled (the practice has a beautiful garden area and indoor colleague area) throughout the day.
This fantastic practice has RCVS accreditation and has achieved an outstanding status for client service and for team and professional responsibility. They also have a bronze ISFM accreditation.
This is a part time role. The practice are happy to discuss with the right candidate if that means one or two days. There is also one in four Saturdays but no OOH’s, Sundays or bank holidays.
The right candidate will be confident in all GP aspects. More experienced vets will relish a varied and interesting caseload and benefit from CPD and funding in order to pursue a certificate. Current vets at the practice are completing imaging and dermatology certificates. All vets benefit from one day of surgery a week or if your interest lies in medicine this practice can offer a consult only role.
The practice is located minutes from the stunning Yorkshire coastline, near four international airports and is offers the very best of both city and country living.
