Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Vet to elevate their clinical standards and services as well as ensuring exceptional care is being delivered to their beloved animal patients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire a team of 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 4 Veterinary Surgeons
- Drive and continue clinical excellence
- Coach and mentor the team members, supporting their professional development
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care and customer service
- Oversee clinical operation, including inpatient care and on-call duties

This surgery is designed to be light, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients, clients, and staff alike. This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 40 hours over 4 days a week and 1:4 weekends. As the role of Head Vet you will be required to be on-call for any over-night patients.
This role offers a salary up to £90,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
