Our client has an opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon or a Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in their career to join their team. This practice has recently been refurbished and is perfectly placed on the high street and well equipped with a dedicated team including 2 Vets, 1 RVN, 1 SVN and 2 PCA’s who all work harmoniously together to provide exceptional services and care to their patients and clients. The practice also offers great access to the M1 and the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates on patient status and deliver exceptional client care.
- Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring timely payments and minimising debt.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance, focusing on key measures.
- Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and effectively utilising them.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange the transfer of any patient needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills.
- Proven experience in working effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain excellent communication and support.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 40 hours a week over 4 days and 1:8 full weekends. However, our client can be flexible and will consider Part-Time applications, so please do let us know what best suits you.
This role offers a salary up to £75,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
