We're working on behalf of a fantastic independent practice looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. With 12 dedicated team members and a Partner Vet with over 25 years of experience (including a strong surgical bias) alongside a Partner Nurse with 16 years in the industry – including ECC and referral practice – you'll have amazing mentorship and support from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional care to small animal patients
- Working up cases to a high clinical standard
- Performing routine surgeries and consultations
- Collaborating with a supportive team to offer the best possible outcomes for patients
- Building long-term relationships with a loyal client base
- Contributing to a positive, friendly practice culture
What We're Looking For
We’re open to both new graduates and experienced Vets – what really matters is your passion for patient care and desire to be part of a collaborative team.
You’ll be:
✅ RCVS Registered
✅ Confident in consultations and routine surgeries
✅ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✅ Passionate about providing gold-standard care
✅ Eager to develop your clinical skills (certificates fully supported!)
✅ A great communicator who loves building long-term client relationships
