- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery
- An experienced clinical leader and supportive mentor
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Passionate about raising clinical standards and supporting team development
- Committed to providing exceptional care for both patients and clients
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the surgical team, including theatre nurses
- Perform advanced surgeries and manage complex or referral-level cases
- Share expertise across the wider hospital team and regional network
- Support junior vets through mentorship and training
- Manage a diverse and challenging caseload
- Contribute to emergency and critical care within the 24-hour service
- Uphold high clinical standards and promote a collaborative working culture
