JR Veterinary is working with an established, award-winning mixed practice, who put their community at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a Clinical Director to join their exceptional, close-knit team.
With full support from the Primary Care Director, this would be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to take that next step into their leadership career.
The role is focussed on the clinical/commercial development and success of the practice, and is ideal for candidates with a bias in Small Animal practice. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with a passion for empowering the teams they work with through excellent organisation, communication, and team development.
The role is 40 hours a week, including clinical and non-clinical time. Due to the nature of the role, there is an Out of Hours commitment of approximately 1 night and 1 weekend in 5 with time in lieu provided.
