Clinical Director – Scottish Borders
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Clinical Director to guide my clients committed team into their next phase. The chosen candidate will manage a seasoned Senior Leadership Team, including an Equine Clinical Director, Practice Manager, Lead Vet, and Clinical Nursing Manager.
This role emphasizes the clinical and commercial advancement and success of the practice, supported by a Primary Care Director and various central support functions. While mixed practice experience is advantageous, candidates with a focus on Companion Animal practice are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who excels in empowering their team through excellent organization, communication, and development skills.
The position involves both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and includes an Out of Hours commitment of approximately one night and weekend in five, with time off in lieu provided.
