We are on the hunt for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated team at a small animal first opinion practice. Our clients practice boasts a loyal client base, experienced Veterinary Nurses, and Veterinary receptionists, and handles a varied caseload.
** Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
** Work-life Balance: Enjoy a great work-life balance with a flexible permanent role. The shift pattern includes 1 in 6 Saturdays (9-5pm) with no on-call or bank holiday duties.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experience: Clinical leadership skills, delivering exceptional patient and client care, implementing progressive clinical culture, and strong commercial performance.
- Skills: Effective team collaboration, coaching, and influencing skills to enhance team performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates and estimates to clients.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance.
- Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills.
- Share best practices within and across practices.
