An exciting opportunity has come up for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing practice.
They are a small animal first opinion practice, with a thriving client base.The role is advertised as a full time position, with a 1 in 6 Saturday rota where you will do a 9-5 shift at their partner site. No OOH or bank holidays, ideal for a healthy work life balance.
You would be expected to deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures, complete clinical handovers, prepare accurate estimates for clients ensuring payment and minimising debts, and working closely with the practice manager to maximise commerical performance.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, and will be able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills. You should also be confident in delivering exceptional care to both clients and patients, and will have experience in coaching and leading a team.
