Are you a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a welcoming and diverse team? JR is looking for a motivated individual to fill an exciting role at a busy, friendly practice in Telford, Shropshire.
The right candidate will join a supportive team that includes an experienced branch partner, a new graduate, and a skilled group of nurses and receptionists. While we ideally seek a full-time candidate, flexible working arrangements can also be offered and welcome part-time applicants who are the right fit. The position includes working Saturdays on a 1 in 3 basis.
This practice handles a varied caseload, and all Vets are encouraged to pursue their areas of interest with clinical freedom. The practice is experiencing significant growth and plans to undergo a major expansion within the next 12 months.
Candidate Requirements:
** Preferably experienced Vets, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
** Passionate about developing clinical expertise, with support available for those pursuing further certification.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package up to £60,000 per annum
- 5 weeks of annual leave
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- CPD allowance plus 3 days CPD leave (full-time equivalent)
- RCVS, BVA, and VDS fees paid
- Relocation allowances for those moving more than 50 miles
- Support for Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa, subject to meeting criteria and eligibility for RCVS registration upon arrival in the UK
