JR is looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside two experienced Vets, five skilled Nurses, and a supportive reception team in a well-established and recently refurbished practice.
This is a beautiful, custom-built practice featuring separate cat and dog kennels, a central prep area, x-ray, theatre, and spacious consultation rooms.
You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team who believe in collaboration and enjoy lunch together!
As a Veterinary Surgeon you will be responsible for providing 15-minute consultations, allowing you to provide high-quality, focused care, whilst delivering outstanding clinical care in consultations and procedures and provide clear, compassionate communication with clients, including preparing accurate treatment and care plans with transparent cost estimates. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting the team, helping them develop their skills.
The successful candidate will have a passion for high-quality care and strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 days a week with 1:6 full weekends. However, our client can be flexible and is happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £60,000 DOE with a range of benefits including
