A delightful veterinary practice in South East London with an excellent reputation are seeking a full/part time Vet to join their team.
Within easy reach of Central London, close to Greenwich and within easy reach of three London airports, the practice is easily accessible by train, DLR or road with FREE onsite parking.
The practice host a varied caseload including cats, dogs, rabbits and small furries! Their practice Partner has a passion for exotics, and whilst experience in this field is not essential you can develop skills and see many cases come through the door. However it would be an advantage to be comfortable with basic rabbit and rodent care.
The practice are keen to develop their staffs skills and will support further interest and studies in any particular area of interest.
The modern, well-equipped practice is purpose built and well equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, lab and pharmacy facilities. They have an existing team of 3 Vets, 2 RVNs, 3 SVNs and 3 VCAs.
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with 3-4 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery. Someone who is comfortable managing routine medical and surgical cases independently, with the desire to further develop skills.
This role can be full or part time hours (min 23 hours per week) over 2-4 days with a shared 1 in 3 Saturday rota. There will be some sole charge responsibilities, but no OOHs to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
