The team, led by the practice owner and lead veterinary surgeon, comprises 6 Vets, 6 Nurses (including 2 SVNs), 1 VCA, and 6 reception staff members. Boasting extensive experience within the veterinary field, our team includes a member pursuing a dental certificate. Since its establishment in 2017, our client has evolved into a flourishing practice with a dedicated client base, ensuring a diverse range of cases.

Additionally, our client accommodates a visiting orthopedic surgeon as required, facilitating support for varied clinical interests or pursuit of certificates.

Operational practices include standard 15-minute consults, extended to 30 minutes for complex cases, with allocated time slots for administrative tasks. The team prioritizes punctuality, offering paid overtime for any extra hours worked. Leveraging the expertise of the nursing team, clinics and procedures are efficiently managed, enabling Vets to focus on other aspects of their roles. Biweekly clinical meetings provide a platform for case discussion and process refinement, ensuring optimal patient care.
