Our client’s thriving and charming practice is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team! This practice offers a balanced mix of canine, feline, and occasional exotic patients, ensuring a variety of interesting cases. Facilities include Digital X-ray, In-house blood machines for biochemistry and haematology, High-quality microscope and other essential diagnostic tools, separate areas for cats and dogs, Two consultation rooms, a preparation room, dedicated staff, separate operating theatre and a spacious kennel area. Located in a vibrant, affluent area with passionate pet owners, you can enjoy green leafy roads, charming shops, cafes, and the stunning Bushy Park—a five-minute walk away and the second largest of London's Royal Parks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures.
- Provide exceptional care to your clients, giving clear updates on patients.
- Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimising debt.
- Engage, mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.
- Complete clinical handover and arrange transfer of any patient needing out of hours or enhanced care.
- Able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
- Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract working 4 days a week with 1:6 full weekends.
