Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to advance your career? Or perhaps you are an existing Clinical Director looking to further your career and lead and inspire an established hospital team in a popular city within South Yorkshire. This team currently consists of 8.5 FTE Veterinarians all supported by a brilliant nursing team and client care team including certificate holders in Dermatology, Feline Medicine, Small Animal Medicine and Ophthalmology with ongoing certifications in Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging. Facilities include 4 spacious consulting rooms, 2 operating theatres, separate cat, dog and isolation wards, dedicated dental and imaging rooms as well as comprehensive in-house diagnostic and surgical equipment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the overall leadership of the practice, driving forward clinical services, associate engagement, development, and practice growth.
- Clinical Focus: Maintain a significant clinical focus, engaging in consultations, surgery, in-patient care, and diagnostics.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach colleagues to help them progress and excel in their roles.
- Flexibility: The ratio of clinical to non-clinical responsibilities is flexible to suit the right candidate.
- 1 Night OOH cover per week for in-patient care only.
