As the new Head Vet, you’ll play a pivotal role in the management team. You’ll lead from the front, using your clinical expertise to drive improvements in services while inspiring and coaching the team to consistently deliver exceptional, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for a Vet who loves leadership and thrives on making strategic decisions to elevate standards, all while fostering a culture of learning and support.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A wealth of clinical experience and a passion for delivering gold-standard veterinary care.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- The drive to execute a strategic vision for the practice and enhance our clinical offerings.
- A collaborative approach, valuing teamwork and the development of colleagues.
Working Hours:
** 40 hours across a 4-day working week, with a fair 1 in 4 weekend rota.
** No out-of-hours (OOH) work, although as Head Vet there may be need for on-call duties for any overnight inpatients.
