Our client is looking for an experienced vet who enjoys leadership, mentoring, and working with a supportive team in a modern, well-equipped environment. This role offers a balance of autonomy and support, with a potential path to partnership, making it perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in both patient care and practice development.
You will be working alongside a well-established and stable team, including 4 vets, 6 nurses, 3 receptionists and 2 practice managers. You will also have support from the practice owners and managers for administrative and business tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical work and team development.
As the Lead Vet, you will mentor junior vets and help guide them through complex surgical and medical cases. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about training and fostering the growth of others in the profession.
The practice has recently undergone refurbishment and is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art facilities including spacious and air-conditioned rooms, and features high-end equipment, ensuring you have everything you need to deliver top-tier care.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 days a week with 1:3 Saturdays.
