Our client is a family-owned, community-focused practice in the heart of Staffordshire, and they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive, well-established team with modern facilities and the chance to leave a lasting impact.
As Lead Vet, you will have the autonomy to focus on complex clinical cases while guiding and mentoring your colleagues. Supported by experienced Practice Owners and Managers, you can contribute ideas to enhance practice performance, while enjoying plenty of time to hone your surgical and medical skills. This role also offers potential future partnership opportunities.
This close-knit team is specifically looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong surgical and medical skills and who can be a confident leader and mentor and inspire junior vets with innovative ideas to help drive practice growth and excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for greater influence and leadership responsibility without compromising on your clinical work.
This is a permanent full-time role working 4 days a week with 1:3 Saturdays.
