TQR Professionals is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon (Small Animal) to join an outstanding team at a well-established, independent practice in Willenhall.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values both professional growth and high-quality veterinary care. The role is full-time, working four days a week from 9am to 7pm (with a 1-hour lunch break between 1pm and 2pm), plus every other Saturday from 9am to 2pm. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary between £70,000 - £90,000 DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding veterinary care for small animals in a clinical environment.
- Perform comprehensive examinations and accurately diagnose health conditions.
- Execute surgeries and medical procedures with a commitment to excellence and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure the highest level of care and service.
- Engage with pet owners effectively, offering expert advice on pet health, care, and wellness.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS) or equivalent.
- Experience in small animal practice.
- Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
