Join a highly supportive team in a beautiful part of the UK as a valued new graduate. Are you a new grad look for that all important first role where you will be supported and lay the foundations for a great career? This could be the role for you! Our fantastic client is a first opinion practice with a very well equipped practice on the Norfolk and Suffolk border. This practice can offer a varied caseload, a positive practice culture and an ambitious team.
Vets at this clinic are encouraged to develop in the direction they have an interest in. Currently they have one surgery cert holder and a second vet studying for a feline cert. There will be plenty of opportunity for the right candidate to start to consider their bias and look at studying to achieve further qualifications.
The practice has a VetGDP adviser who will be available to provide a solid foundation for the right candidate to build their career. This practice has a track record of retaining news grads with their first staying on for five years and the second three years so far. Both have been reluctant to leave a practice that has built a truly supportive culture for it’s staff.
Ideally the client would like someone to work a 4-day week with 2/5 Saturday mornings (8.00-12.00). There is no OOH and the days will be a mix of consulting and surgery. The client can be flexible if this doesn't suit. They are offering a competitive salary for this new grad role.
Our client is situated on the Norfolk and Suffolk border. The stunning beaches of the east coast are just 30 mins away while the vibrant city of Norfolk is also just a 30 min drive. The practice is well connected to public transport with trains direct to London just minutes away. The clinic is at the heart of a growing town with a strong sense of community.
If you are a new grad and would jump at the chance to join a fully supportive and friendly practice in a stunning part of the country then we’d love to hear from you!
