JR is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for an experienced Vet Surgeon at our clients established branch in the beautiful county of Surrey. This charming, well-equipped practice offers a fantastic range of cases and a loyal client base. With its own dental suite, X-ray and digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and dedicated dog and cat wards, it is ideally set up for advanced patient care.
You’ll join an organised, friendly team that prioritises exceptional pet care and client relationships.
> Up to £70,000 per year
> 4-day workweek, 9 am-7 pm, with a consistent day off each week.
> Open to discuss flexible working hours or a part-time position to fit your needs.

Requirements:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Proven ability to deliver excellent patient and client care
- Team-oriented with strong clinical leadership skills
- Experience in fostering a progressive, clinical culture
- Skilled in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Effective in coaching and inspiring colleagues
