Our client is a bustling, fiercely independent two-branch small animal training practice, situated on the scenic South West London/Surrey borders. The practice is home to a thriving team that’s built on a culture of great team spirit and mutual support. As an expanding practice dedicated to delivering top-notch veterinary care, the currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures on small animals.

*  Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, including conducting follow-up calls and managing client expectations.

* Work collaboratively with other team members to provide the highest standards of care.

*  Stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and actively participate in continuing education opportunities.

* Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters team growth and development.

* Share our commitment to maintaining a work-life balance through a structured schedule.

Schedule:

* Enjoy work-life balance with a 4-day work week.

*  Rotational schedule of 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am to 3.30pm).

* No out-of-hours (OOH) emergency duties.

* Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays for rest and recreation.

Requirements:

* A degree in Veterinary Medicine and licensure to practice in the UK.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A team player attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

*  Experience in small animal medical and surgical practice (although enthusiastic recent graduates will also be considered).

* Commitment to excellence in animal care and client service.
