Independent RCVS Accredited Well Established Mixed Animal practice is seeking an experienced mixed or small animal veterinary surgeon to join the amazing team in Tyne and Wear. Supportive, encouraging work environment, top quality, modern medicine and surgery in the heart of North East England. The role is 80% small, 10% equine, 10% farm mix or small animal only with one night on call per week (with support by another vet). There is a 1:6 weekend rota with time off in lieu and 1:3 Saturday mornings (one of these will be part of the full weekend), bank holiday cover equally shared. Part time hours are negotiable - ideally at least 2 full days per week plus weekend rota cover. VISA sponsorship and funding available if required. Competitive experienced vet salary will be commensurate whether car, fuel card and accommodation are required. Generous CPD, memberships paid, birthday off, BUPA healthcare cover plus more benefits.
