We are searching for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the heart of the North East. What’s Offer:
- Up to £80,000 (DOE) salary, FTE
- Flexible working hours (school hours, shorter days—tell us your ideal!)
- Surgical focus with up to 3 dedicated surgery days per week
- Supportive, skilled team of 6 vets, 10 RVNs, 6 SVNs, and a friendly reception team
- 1:4 Saturday rota, no Sundays, and no OOH
- Extensive benefits: 6.6 weeks annual leave, unlimited CPD, pension, and more
