I am currently working with a growing independent practice in the Cardiff area who are recruiting for a night vet to join their expanding team.
The role has a unique rota of 7 nights off, 5 days off, 2 weekend day shifts, followed by 14 days off, so you would essentially work seven nights and two weekend day shifts across a 28 day rolling period.
You would be working sole charge alongside an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse.
The salary for this position is generous, but DOE. Annual leave is paid within the salary. The practice conduct annual salary reviews, but there is scope for this to be sooner than a year if your performance merits it.
You will need to have 2+ years of UK experience.
The practice opened in 2023 and currently have 2 and a half vets working day shifts with a team of 4 RVN’s (soon to be 5), 2 SVNs, 2 PCA’s, 4 receptionists.
