JR is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s friendly team, where you can enjoy working on a varied caseload alongside experienced colleagues in a well-equipped practice.
This team is made up of 2 Vets, an RVN, 3 Client Care Assistants, and a Patient Care Assistant, all dedicated to delivering exceptional care to pets and their owners.
The practice features Three consultation rooms, separate dog and cat waiting areas to reduce stress for pets whilst in a convenient location with excellent transport links and a nearby train station.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures, whilst building trust and rapport with clients through clear and compassionate communication. You will also be preparing tailored, accurate treatment plans with clear cost estimates and mentoring and developing your team, helping them enhance and utilize their skills effectively.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week over 4 days with 1:6 weekends at the Leamington Spa 24hr practice.
This role offers a salary up to £55,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
