Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)
Location: Pulborough, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time (4-day week)
Hours: 4 days a week with shared weekends

Who We’re Looking For:
- A Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with strong medical and diagnostic skills
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive team
- Previous leadership or sole charge experience
- A vet who enjoys building relationships with clients and the local community
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the team
- Manage and work towards KPIs to ensure practice growth and efficiency
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a varied caseload of medical and surgical cases
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a high level of customer service
