We are in search for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and compassionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced vet looking to make an impact in a supportive, well-established practice.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £75,000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 4-day week, with a 1:4 weekend rota
Additional Benefits: Paid professional memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS) plus more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care to a wide range of patients.
- Perform consultations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop their clinical skills.
- Participate in the out-of-hours rota, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with significant experience in general practice.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated, caring approach to animal care.
- Flexibility to work within a team and independently when required.
