JR is seeking a Head Vet to lead our client’s fabulous team in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the continuous improvement of the clinical standards and services and to upskill your colleagues to support them in their aim of being a centre of clinical excellence. As the Head Vet, you will be a key member of the surgery’s management team. You will provide a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and the ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care. You will be working alongside and supported by 4 RVN’s, 2 Veterinary Surgeons and a supportive reception team renowned for their warm welcomes. The clinic has strong links with the local community through events, fund raising and educational initiatives and provides State-of-the-art technology with purpose-built, light, and spacious rooms. This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends and No OOH. However, as Head Vet you will need to be On Call if there are any overnight inpatients.
