The PDSA are looking for a Senior Vet Surgeon to join their team in Bradford. You will be in charge of leading the team, providing a high standard of customer service and clinical care whilst promoting pet wellbeing, delivering preventive services and treating sick and injured pets of eligible clients.
The Senior Vet Surgeon is a line manager to the Head Nurse and Vets, leading the team in the day-to-day workflow
As the senior clinician you are responsible for all aspects of clinical governance at the hospital, managing income and clinical expenditure; including treatment costs at hospital level and making sure that PDSA resources are used in a cost effective manner.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership and organisational skills and have a flexible approach.
