This practice is seriously generous with their CPD offering (£3000), which colleagues are actively encouraged to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a post graduate qualification or certificate, this practice is happy to help support that.
In addition this practice is happy to be flexible regarding the rota. This includes accommodating school hours or your well-being. There is no OOH and weekends are on a rota basis.The salary for this flexible role is up to £65,000. There are a raft of benefits including pension, healthcare, paid memberships, sponsorship for vets coming from abroad is also possible along with a very attractive relocation allowance.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon to help build and shape this thriving practice. An interest in surgery or orthopaedics would be welcome but is not necessary.
