This is a rare opportunity to be in a stimulating and supportive working environment where they encourage clinical freedom and case continuity. The group consists of five practices and a state-of-the-art hospital. The right candidate would work in both one of the clinics and in the hospital with an emphasis on more time in the hospital.
Progression for their vets is key for this client and they can offer both clinical and managerial growth. Several of their vets are cert holders and others are working towards additional qualifications. There is also an emphasis on work-life balance with a a four-day week and a 1:15 OOH rota .
If you have an interest in surgery or diagnostic imaging or are already a cert holder then this would be an advantage although not a necessity.
The salary ranges from £40,000 to £70,000 for more experienced candidates.
