Our client is offering a Veterinary Surgeon a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of their brand-new practice with a strong community ethos. This role is ideal for an experienced vet looking for the opportunity to shape a practice from the ground up while contributing to a supportive, high-quality care environment.
This 4,000 sq. ft. facility is designed with separate cat and dog waiting areas, multiple consulting rooms, isolation areas, dedicated wards, a bereavement room, two surgical theaters, a dental suite, and imaging rooms, making it a highly functional and comfortable space for both patients and the team.
The role involves engaging in a mix of patient care, surgery, and consultations, offering continuity of care to build strong relationships with clients and their pets. You will also work alongside the Clinical Director to help guide the practice’s growth, using your experience in both surgery and medicine to set a high standard of care. The successful candidate should be confident in general surgery and medicine and possess a proactive approach to improving client experiences and possess strong interpersonal skills for providing compassionate care and building rapport with clients and collaborating with a passionate team whilst contributing to an environment focused on mutual respect and high clinical standards.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours a week 8.30am – 7pm with Saturday mornings on a Rota. However, our client can be flexible and is happy to consider a part-time role for the right candidates, so please do let us know your preferences.
