I am currently working with a Veterinary Hospital in the Black Country who are recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their 7 on, 14 off night (7pm-8am) rota on a permanent basis. The practice are able to offer a salary of up to £80,000 per annum for this role. There is also the optional opportunity to work day shifts in your weeks off for additional pay should this be suitable to your needs.
The practice is a small animal, first opinion and referral practice with a strong vet team of 16 including 7 Certificate holders, plus a further 6 Vets currently studying. These include cardiology, dermatology, medicine, dentistry, ophthalmology, and surgery - soft tissue and orthopaedic. The practice are happy support you with any current or future certificate studies both financially and clinically. You will be ably supported by a skilled overnight nursing team.
The practice have state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment - including CT, fully equipped dental suite and 12 operating theatres.
