The Team
The practice consists of a skilled and compassionate team of 6-7 vets, 7 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, and 1 ANA, supported by a brilliant admin and reception team. With experience levels ranging from 6 to 30 years, they prioritise a collaborative and helpful working environment.
They are proud to hold a range of accreditations, including Gold ISFM cat-friendly status and Silver RWAF rabbit-friendly status. The practice also boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including:
- Separate dog and cat wards
- 4 consulting rooms
- Digital x-ray (including dental)
- High-quality ultrasound with Doppler
- In-house lab
- Endoscope, optic loop, and more
The Role
They are seeking a small animal vet with experience to join the team. The role offers a 4-day work week, with one early finish and a 1:4 share of Saturday morning consults. They are open to discussing part-time options that suit your needs. No routine out-of-hours work is required, though they are happy to discuss emergency care opportunities if you are interested.
The workdays are structured to ensure efficiency and teamwork. Each day, two vets are dedicated to consulting, one is focused on surgery, and one oversees medical cases and inpatients. They also ensure time for more complex cases where an extra set of hands might be needed.
