JR is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s forward-thinking, supportive practice that values work-life balance and professional development. This is a wonderful opportunity, especially for someone who is passionate about small animal care.
This is a modern practice undergoing significant growth, making this an exciting time to join the team. Many team members have progressed within the practice, including locums transitioning to permanent roles, and the Practice Manager having started as a Veterinary Care Assistant. You will be joining a team orientated environment, with regular team catch-ups and time to share ideas.
The role includes working with small animals, exotics, and cases that include dentistry. This diverse caseload can also offer great learning opportunities. There are flexible consulting times which vary depending on personal preferences, allowing flexibility in your daily routine and the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will have a passion for surgery and the ability to work well in a team. You will also have strong communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude towards veterinary care and a compassionate approach, which is essential for building client trust.
This is a permanent, full-time role and offers a salary up to £75,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
