At our client’s veterinary practice it is renowned for its supportive and friendly atmosphere and a rare opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The practice boasts an experienced team of five veterinarians, led by the practice owner, with a range of experience spanning from 5 to 20 years. Alongside the veterinary team, a dedicated nursing team of six RVNs and an SVN ensures smooth operations, with emphasis placed on utilising their skills to the fullest extent.

In the role of Veterinary Surgeon, the successful candidate will ideally cover 1-2 full days per week, with flexibility in working rosters to accommodate individual commitments. Participation in the Saturday rota (1 in 4) is required, with no out-of-hours responsibilities. Previous practice experience is preferred, with opportunities for CPD and certificate pursuits supported and funded.
Sick pet consultations are allotted 30 minutes, allowing for thorough examination and case work-ups, with dedicated admin time to ensure exceptional client service. Weekend sole charge is minimal, with remote backup available if needed.
