25 Years: Small Animal Surgery And Medicine Programmes Anniversary Offer
In celebration of its 25-year anniversary, Improve Veterinary Education, part of the Improve International Group, is running an exclusive time-limited offer on its two flagship programmes: Small Animal Surgery and Small Animal Medicine.
From 14 August – 17 September 2023, veterinary surgeons will be able to get £2,500 off either programme. We want to be able to thank our community and celebrate 25 years by helping vets access our high-quality and transformative training with this once-in-a-lifetime offer. Vets who sign up for the face-to-face programmes also receive 25% off a practical short course.
The Small Animal Surgery course is split over two years, with a significant practical component and 10-days practical wet-lab training sessions. Delegates will learn about orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and neurosurgery. The Small Animal Medicine course is also split over two years and covers all major canine and feline body systems.
Upon successful completion of the training and examinations, delegates can also earn an ISVPS General Practitioner Certificate (GPCert) or achieve a Postgraduate Certificate (PgC) awarded by Harper Adams University.
Dr Charlotte French, UK Head of Business Development, commented; ‘When I qualified, over 25 years ago, there was very little postgraduate education available. Over the years Improve Veterinary Education have been the leaders in development and delivery of world leading CPD. This is the opportunity for even more members of the profession to take advantage of that high quality education, enabling them to further their careers and improve animal welfare.’
The flagship programmes are run in various learning formats to support the different learning environments vets operate in and include:
Small Animal Surgery
Small Animal Medicine
All vet surgeons who are interested in this promotion can go to the Improve Veterinary Education website, and use the voucher code, and enrol directly on the website. If you would like more information, you can contact one of our CPD advisors via our website.
