CVS Acquires Animal Health Centre In Bristol
CVS Group (“CVS” or the “Group”), one of the UK’s leading providers of integrated veterinary services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Animal Health Centre, a first opinion small animal practice operating from a conveniently located site on Gloucester Road, Bristol.
Founded over three decades ago, the Animal Health Centre is a veterinary practice located at the heart of the Bristol community, attracting clients from Horfield, Bishopston, Redland and St Andrews. With a team of 4 vets and facilities enabling in-house laboratory, diagnostics and surgery, the acquisition reflects CVS’ ongoing commitment to complementing organic growth with acquisitions of carefully selected practices to enhance its existing offering.
Richard Fairman CEO at CVS Group commented:
“We are delighted to have the Animal Health Centre join CVS. The Animal Heath Centre was established more than 33 years ago and has provided friendly, expert animal care to the locality for over three decades. We look forward to being a part of the future growth and development of the practice.”
James Cahill, Group Business Development Director at CVS Group commented:
“The Animal Health Centre’s passion for pet care is very much in alignment with our strategy to recommend and provide the best clinical care every time. Our purpose in CVS is to provide the best possible care to animals and the acquisition of the Animal Health Centre enables us to further support and grow that purpose in Bristol.”
