Latest Edition Of Footfall Has Landed!
Footfall, Onswitch's quarterly magazine for veterinary practice, has been in production for almost ten years now, with the first ever issue hitting letterboxes in December 2008! Each edition provides practice teams with inspiration, case studies and advice for improving the customer experience they deliver.
The title has evolved from a print-only magazine, posted direct to practices or sent out along with popular veterinary press titles, to a digital-only version more in keeping with Onswitch's sustainability principles. The latest issue, Spring 2018, is now available to read via the link below:

In the Spring edition you'll find the results of original research undertaken with pet owners to explore their views on vets and veterinary practice - it makes very interesting reading!
Onswitch's Production Manager, Jane Johnston, summarises the enduring appeal of Footfall. "Each quarter we set out to produce a Footfall that gives practice teams practical help and inspiring real-world examples of people just like them doing great things. Our focus is always on the customer experience - a crucial part of any practice's success. Footfall is designed to be an easy read - a cup of tea and a biscuit are the perfect accompaniments to its bright graphics and punchy copy, for a ten-minute CPD boost!"
