Onswitch release 2015 training dates and a new course, 'Dealing with difficult situations'
Onswitch's black and purple double-decker Bertha travels the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland, visiting practices, events and congresses to deliver customer experience training to around 130 vets, nurses and customer care team members each month - more than any other company in the UK. Now due for a well-earned break, Bertha is making way for Bertha II - a brand new, custom-fitted luxury mobile training venue, complete with leather seats, air conditioning and kitchenette.
Bertha II's 2015 schedule has just been released for booking at
www.onswitch.co.uk, covering towns and cities around the country on a quarterly rolling timetable that ensures that there is always a venue and a date to suit. The schedule features Onswitch's acclaimed '5 steps telephone skills' training (along with specific dates for equine practice) as well as the company's '7 steps consult skills' days. In addition, and new for 2015, 'Dealing with difficult situations' training has been added, by popular demand.
