The College of Animal Welfare is excited to announce the launch of Veterinary Receptionist Congress, a cutting-edge virtual event designed exclusively for veterinary receptionists, or those whose role involves time spent working on reception. Taking place on Wednesday 4 October, this one-day congress aims to empower and equip veterinary receptionists with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

- Communication Skills: Master the art of communication to effectively convey important information to clients, colleagues, and pet owners, fostering trust and maintaining clear lines of communication.
- Talking to Clients about Money: Gain valuable insights on navigating financial conversations with clients, ensuring transparency and understanding when discussing treatment costs and payment options.
- Supporting Bereaved Pet Owners: Discover compassionate approaches to provide support and comfort to grieving pet owners during difficult times, helping them cope with loss and find solace.
