Vets For Pets: Basildon Pitsea To Reopen Following Extensive Refurbishment
Basildon pet owners are invited to the unveiling of the recently refurbished Vets for Pets Basildon Pitsea on Friday 18th August when the practice will showcase its new state of the art facilities and rebranding. It has undergone an extensive refurbishment as part of Pets at Home’s ongoing business-wide rebrand.
Vets for Pets Basildon Pitsea will now offer:
- New Exotic ward
- New facilities: new dedicated Silver ISFM accredited cat wards
- New MRI to enhance existing CT imagery services
- MRI, Ophthalmology, Hydrotherapy and Physiotherapy services
- Expanded dog ward
- Dedicated isolation suite and outpatient suites
- Dedicated client lift
Both existing and new customers are invited to come for an exclusive behind the scenes tour and to meet members of the veterinary team. There will also be a range of children’s activities including the chance to meet some of the pets and exotic animals, plus refreshments and cakes for all – including pup-cakes!
Dr Shola Idowu, Practice Owner and Head Veterinary Surgeon at Vets for Pets Basildon Pitsea, said: “The team and I are excited for people to come and see our new practice – but more importantly, we are excited about the enhanced services and treatment options we will now be able to offer our patients as we continue to deliver the very best veterinary care every day.”
The celebrations will start at 10am until 1pm on Friday the 18th August at Vets for Pets Basildon Pitsea, Old Market Retail Park, 1A, High Rd, Basildon SS13 3B. Booking is not required, and everyone is welcome to attend.
The Basildon Pitsea Vets for Pets is a 24-hour hospital and will still be operating these services throughout the day.
