
Introducing NEW Zenidog® And Zenifel® From Virbac, A Revolutionary Way Of Dealing With Stress-Related Behaviours In Dogs & Cats
Virbac is excited to announce the launch of Zenidog® and Zenifel®, an innovative range of electric-free, long-lasting pheromone products designed to help manage stress-related behavioural issues in dogs and cats.
Behavioural problems are very common in cats and dogs, with up to 85% of dogs1 reported to have some form of stress-related behavioural issue and up to 98% of cats2 displaying behavioural problems at least once during their life.
Presented in a variety of different formats, the new Zenidog® and Zenifel® range offers unique pheromone products adapted for use in different situations and environments, providing comprehensive behavioural support.
Zenidog® and Zenifel® products incorporate Virbac’s innovative patent-pending slow release technology, which features a special matrix tested and approved to better preserve pheromones, whilst also supporting the regular and progressive release of pheromones in precise quantites.
The Zenidog® and Zenifel® range has been scientifically proven with published studies, demonstrating not only their effectiveness in managing stress-related behaviours in dogs and cats, but also an equivalent and superior efficacy to the current market leading pheromone products3, 4, 5.
Zenidog® & Zenifel® Gel Diffusers:
- Contain canine appeasing pheromones (Zenidog®) or F3 feline facial pheromones and catnip (Zenifel®)
- Require no electricity, providing peace of mind and are uniquely portable to any location where they are needed, at home or away!
- Last up to 2 months, twice as long other pheromone products making them cost-effective and eco-friendly
- Have been shown to reduce stress-related behaviours by up to 89% in dogs3 and up to 80% in cats4
- Work quickly with a significant improvement of stress-related behaviours in both dogs and cats as of day 73, 4
Zenidog® Collars:
- Contain canine appeasing pheromone and are suitable for use in both dogs and puppies
- Last up to 3 months, a whopping 3 times longer than other pheromone collars and reducing the number of collars required for a dog in a 12 month period by 67%
- Presented in a smart brown and cream colour, with 2 adjustable sizes: S (for dogs ≤10kg) and M/L (for dogs 10-50kg)
- Have been shown to reduce stress-related behaviours by up to 89% in dogs3
Zenifel® Spray
- Contains feline facial pheromone and catnip for increased efficacy
- Presented in a 60ml bottle and produces a quick and transient effect
- Shown to be more effective than the current market leader, demonstrating a significantly greater reduction in stress in cats during a stressful event5
